Shipping Policy

HSU & CO. is committed to providing the best customer service, and to making sure you are satisfied with the online experience and with your order fulfillment on our top-quality and branded internal cleansing and supplement products.

How we ship

We ship most orders via the US Postal Service. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will generally be shipped same day. We will send tracking info to you via email. Delivery should, conditions permitting, be expected within 2-5 business days from date of shipment on in-stock items. Shipping may be delayed because of credit verification or if shipping to an address other than your own.

Most International orders are a flat rate of $55.00 for shipping via USPS Priority International service. If the cost of shipping your international package is substantially higher than $55.00 we will contact you to receive your approval of the higher cost before shipping, and an invoice will be issued to you by email for the balance due on shipping freight. The package will be mailed when payment on the remaining balance of the freight charge has been made.

HSU & CO. International Shipping does not currently cover import duties and taxes or the VAT. All related expenses will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
