Millions
of dollars are spent each year in this country for headache
medication. Some, in fact, go their whole lives taking some
form of headache medication. There are several reasons why
so many people suffer this common malady. Excess stress,
as well as high blood pressure, can trigger a headache.
Eating certain foods, especially processed foods with chemical
additives, may trigger a headache. Low blood sugar may trigger
a headache, but the most common cause of headaches is impure
blood and constipation. As the waste material collects in
the colon over many years, leaking its toxic poisons into
the blood, and as the person consumes coffee, soda and city
water, the pH of the blood becomes very acidic which irritates
the nerve center of the rain, causing pain. To eliminate
this situation, one would need to follow the Hsu Cleansing
Program, consisting of natural foods, distilled water and
ginseng tea, along with the cleansing of the bowels and
liver. |
