Yes,
I do, but I never have more than one meat dish per day.
Also, I don't eat red meat. I eat certain seafood items
and free-range turkey or chcken. In addition, I am always
mindful of proper food combining, that means, I don't eat
high starches with meat.
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
from our bodies telling us that we are doing something
wrong. We need to heed these warning signals immediately,
