| Don't
worry. Protein intake is not nearly as serious as many people
think it is. The body can do very nicely on the protein
you get from vegetable sources, especially soy bean items.
And you don't have to consume mountains of it to get enough
protein. Look at the books in our library, they will tell
you how much you need. Plus, I am not a strict vegetarian.
I eat good seafood and some free range turkey or chicken.
B-vitamins
are very important, but here too you are perfectly well
taken care of in my program. First of all, look at the ingredients
in my supplements, such as CHOICE ONE or the MULTI MINERALS.
You'll notice quickly that you are safe here. In addition,
I always urge my customers to eat whole wheat items and
brown rice. Look at what's in those two food items and you'll
be surprised.
People
all the time eat white rice, white bread, white pasta, bleached
this or fortified that, which many times means that a little
bit has been put back after all the vital ingredients have
been destroyed in the processing of the food. That's why
eating more natural, raw, unprocessed foods is one of the
major steps you should take towards optimal health.
And,
in the final analysis, if you still want to take a carefully
selected vitamin B supplement, that's fine too. |
