I
suffer a lot because I can't control gas from my bowels.
It's quite a social problem for me.
First
of all, concentrate on proper food combining. When you eat
in combinations that cannot be properly digested, you end
up with the natural consequences of foul-smelling stools
and gas. Digestion is not the same as putrefaction! Putrefaction
takes place when part of what you eat does not get properly
digested and on top of it stays in your eliminative system
longer than it is supposed to. On the cleansing program
you will never have sticky, undigested food cling to your
intestinal walls. The high fiber contents of your daily
diet will see to that.
Also,
take "friendly" intestinal bacteria - acidophilus
and bifidus. Coffee, alcohol, antibiotics and a number of
other substances destroy these very essential bacteria in
your intestines. When your intestinal flora is unbalanced,
you will suffer from gas, bloating and other discomforts.
In addition your immune system will be weakened and you
will be much more likely to succumb to infectious diseases.
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
from our bodies telling us that we are doing something
wrong. We need to heed these warning signals immediately,
before it is too late.More
