I
am told that distilled water leaches minerals from the body.
Is it really true?
People
who say this do not understand that it is impossible for distilled
water to leach the good minerals. Only the unusable minerals
are leached out - not those that are used up and become part
of your tissue. Minerals from tap water are not the kind the
body can use. They are rejected by the cells and constitute
a hazard in the bloodstream. Distilled water has the ability
to collect these unusable minerals and pass them as sediment
into the kidneys for excretion. So yes, distilled water does
leach out the bad minerals. N.W.Walker, doctor of Science,
who lived beyond 100 years said: "It is not intended
that we should furnish the body with the minerals it must
have for regeneration and replenishment, by means of the natural
(tap) waters. The minerals which the cells of the body will
use for constructive purposes must come from the raw food
we eat."
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
from our bodies telling us that we are doing something
wrong. We need to heed these warning signals immediately,
before it is too late.More
