Lunch
is considered a carbohydrate meal because concentrated proteins
such as found in chicken, fish, turkey, beans, tofu and
lentils are not consumed. Instead, one fine example of lunch
is an alfalfa sprout sandwich with an 8 oz glass of raw
carrot juice. The bread used is made from seven grains that
have been sprouted. It is completely flour-less and high
in fiber and nutrition. A natural safflower mayonnaise sauce
is used on the bread to provide essential fatty acids. Next,
a combination of fresh vegetables is used such as green
or red bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, carrots, or any other
fresh vegetable, except head lettuce. Head lettuce is made
up of mostly water, with very little nutrition. It also
has two chemicals related to cocaine and heroin which, when
consumed, stop digestion. Use any dark green, leafy vegetable,
like romaine, which has valuable nutrients such as magnesium,
calcium and chlorophyll. We layer the veggies with fresh
alfalfa sprouts which are loaded with health building nutrients,
chlorophyll and enzymes. We also drink one 8 oz glass of
raw carrot juice which contains health building nutrients
such as calcium, magnesium, beta carotene, and enzymes. |
