Ginseng
in its raw state is one of the most expensive herbs because
unlike most of the herbs which can be harvested yearly,
mature, high quality ginseng roots can only be harvested
every 6 years. When the ginseng root is then processed into
a liquid extract, the result is that the liquid concentrate
is expensive as well. If the liquid concentrate is not expensive
then less than 6 year old roots are probably used. Sometimes
other, less expensive herbs are added to try to justify
the cost. At the present time only the IL HWA brand is using
pure 100% six year old ginseng roots in their concentrate.
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
from our bodies telling us that we are doing something
wrong. We need to heed these warning signals immediately,
before it is too late.More
