Is it all right to prepare food in a microwave?
When
preparing our foods, we must do it in a way that does the
least amont of damage, so as to preserve the quality. It
is interesting to note that experiments have demonstrated
that microwave cooking alters the food enough to produce,
after eating, changes in the body's immune system, as well
as functional and structural changes. It was also discovered
that microwave cooking converts the amino-acid L-proline
into D-proline, which is a proven toxin to the liver, kidney
and nervous system. Since these changes are detrimental
to our health, it is best to use microwave cooking as little
as possible or not at all. Until further research assures
us that beneficial, nutritional delivery is taking place,
it is best to avoid microwave ovens.
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
from our bodies telling us that we are doing something
wrong. We need to heed these warning signals immediately,
before it is too late.More
