How does psyllium seed husk in DC-2 help to remove waste
from the bowel?
Psylium
seed husk, a water soluble fiber, expands in the bowel as
it absorbs fluid. It acts as a scrub brush as it passes
through the bowel, taking with it waste material, providing
it is not mixed with other food.

What is the purpose of DC-2 on the program?
After
using DC-1 for one month on level one, a lot of build up
waste material has been removed exposing much older and
stickier waste material. DC-2, a water soluble fiber, assists
in its removal by sponging out the loosened matter.
